Order to Cash Accountant (O2C)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Order to Cash Accountant to manage the full O2C cycle, including cash activities, invoicing, cash pooling and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with policies and internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Obtain daily banking information and record transactions in the general ledger.
• Monitor cash activity, classify and document transactions, and perform cash reconciliations.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately according to pricing and contracts.
• Maintain supporting documentation and resolve billing inquiries.
• Manage cash pooling records, intercompany transfers and reconcile related transactions.
• Support treasury reporting and provide cash‑related information.
• Post journal entries for cash, accounts receivable and intercompany items.
• Reconcile balance‑sheet accounts linked to the O2C process.
• Assist month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end close activities and audit requests.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls and identify process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in general‑ledger accounting, cash management or accounts receivable.
• Professional English proficiency (preferred).
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet recurring deadlines.
