OTC Process Specialist – Accounting (Reforma, Mexico)

About the role

The Opportunity to Cash (OTC) Process Specialist supports Halliburton’s end‑to‑end sales‑to‑cash value stream in the Reforma, Chiapas region. Working under direct supervision, the specialist ensures accurate processing of sales orders, fulfillment, and invoicing for goods and services, either within Business Development (pricing, contracts, proposals) or Operations (order management, invoicing).

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, manage and validate internal and customer OTC data and system documents.
• Process sales orders through to invoicing, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to resolve data issues.
• Provide peer training to new team members.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Follow all safety and environmental regulations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; at least 1 year of professional office experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business is preferred.
• Previous experience in the oil‑and‑gas industry, especially in business development, field operations, or field engineering, is an advantage.
