Owner's Representative & Project Manager – Luxury Residential

About the role

Rockwater Group is looking for an Owner's Representative and Project Manager to lead the delivery of high‑end residential projects within luxury gated communities in Los Cabos. You will act as the client’s trusted advisor, overseeing each project from design through construction to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with cost, schedule and quality targets.
• Manage design teams, contractors and consultants, coordinating their activities and deliverables.
• Protect the client’s interests by monitoring budgets, programme milestones and quality standards.
• Anticipate and resolve issues before they impact the project.
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders and provide regular progress reports.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with deep experience in project management.
• Proactive mindset, able to foresee and mitigate risks.
• Strong leadership qualities combined with a collaborative, team‑player attitude.
• Proven track record managing demanding clients on high‑end residential projects.
