About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Packaging Development & Engineering professional, working within a cross‑functional team to deliver packaging design and deployment for new product innovations and productivity projects across multiple geographies. You will ensure the consumer experience is met while adhering to RDQ, marketing and manufacturing requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and execute packaging projects, communicating status and risks to stakeholders.
• Generate packaging information through sampling, supplier management, pilot‑plant and factory trials in line with GMP and HACCP standards.
• Plan and conduct process‑development activities such as packaging design, scale‑up, and commissioning.
• Create and maintain accurate packaging specifications and technical reports, interpreting data to provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams to optimise resource use and drive intellectual‑property creation.

Required profile

• Ability to work both independently and within a team under manager guidance.
• Strong prioritisation, problem‑identification and solution‑implementation skills.
• Technical mindset with capacity to analyse data and draw clear conclusions.
• Effective verbal and written communication, including technical writing.
• Consumer‑focused approach and collaborative attitude.

• Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) knowledge.
• HACCP compliance experience.
