Paid Media Owner

About the role

This role is responsible for the day‑to‑day execution and optimisation of performance campaigns across paid social and digital advertising platforms. You will build, test and scale campaigns with the primary goal of driving First‑Time Depositors while managing budgets efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch and manage paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit and other relevant platforms.
• Own end‑to‑end campaign structure: audience segmentation, ad sets, bid strategies, budget pacing and creative rotation.
• Monitor performance daily, make rapid optimisation decisions and ensure campaigns meet pacing and FTD targets.
• Design and run structured A/B tests on audiences, creatives, copy and landing pages, maintaining a testing calendar.
• Brief creative teams with data‑driven insights and collaborate with SEO, web acquisition and BI leads to ensure accurate tracking and high‑converting landing pages.
• Report weekly on FTDs, CPA, CTR, ROAS and spend pacing, surfacing insights and opportunities proactively.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience managing paid social campaigns, preferably in a B2C or performance‑focused environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced setting where priorities shift quickly.
• Strong attention to detail; small setup errors can cost significant spend.
