About the role

Arrive Logistics is seeking a Paralegal to support its Mexico Legal Consultant and the broader legal team. Based in the Guadalajara office, you will help ensure smooth handling of legal and operational matters for the company's Mexican operations and cross‑border activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with contract review, drafting, and translation of commercial and operational documents.
• Support corporate and commercial matters, including corporate structuring, governance, and maintenance of corporate books for the Mexican legal entity.
• Prepare, coordinate, and document members and shareholders meetings, resolutions, and related filings.
• Manage powers of attorney, coordinating with notaries and external counsel as needed.
• Assist with KYC, customer and carrier onboarding, carrier compliance, claims, employee, and immigration matters.
• Work on special projects assigned by the Mexico Legal Consultant.

Required profile

• Business‑level fluency in written and spoken English and native‑level fluency in Mexican Spanish.
• Law studies (pasante de Derecho) or equivalent legal support background with experience in notary offices, law firms, or in‑house legal teams.
• At least 3 years of experience in a corporate/commercial legal support role.
• Knowledge of the Ley General de Sociedades Mercantiles and experience coordinating corporate filings and powers of attorney with notaries.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
