People & Culture Manager

About the role

The People & Culture Manager will help build the HR foundation for Coca‑Cola’s new greenfield beverage concentrate plant in Tlaxcala. Working closely with plant leadership, you will design organizational structures, develop talent strategies and embed Coca‑Cola’s purpose and values into daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with plant leaders on organizational design, workforce planning and talent strategy for start‑up and future growth.
• Lead cultural adoption initiatives, including onboarding, engagement programs and values‑driven practices.
• Activate talent development through knowledge transfer, capability building and agile training to support operational excellence.
• Implement core People & Culture programs such as recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits and employee engagement while ensuring compliance with corporate frameworks and local regulations.
• Develop proactive employee‑relations strategies, manage union scenarios and maintain labor stability.
• Translate HR data and analytics into actionable insights on climate, engagement and workforce trends.
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation, risk mitigation plans and community relations.
• Drive digital and automation initiatives to optimize HR processes and support sustainable talent strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial Relations or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proven ability to lead cultural transformation and change management in complex settings.
• Experience managing employee‑relations and union‑related matters.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn HR data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent partnership skills with senior leaders and a growth‑mindset orientation.
