People Data Analyst

About the role

PepsiCo is looking for a People Data Analyst to maintain and enhance People Data processes, streamline delivery, and improve reporting capabilities. The role works closely with global teams to ensure data extraction, transformation, and loading are efficient and support People Data, Reporting & Analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain data integrity tools and ensure accuracy, security, and availability for global People teams.
• Streamline data delivery processes, making data more accessible while preserving integrity.
• Identify opportunities for data consolidation, reduce redundancy, and improve data governance.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to define best practices for ETL processes.
• Develop data pipelines and automate processes using intermediate to advanced Python.
• Design and maintain data storage solutions based on data warehousing principles.
• Provide high‑level customer service, resolve tool issues, and manage escalations.
• Recommend innovative ways to exploit information for business improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with data analysis, integration, and consolidation.
• Understanding of People processes and HR data concepts.
