Performance Analyst – Compensation & Performance Management

About the role

Charger Logistics is expanding its HR team in Queretaro and seeks a Performance Analyst to support compensation and performance management programs across multiple locations. The role combines analytical expertise with a focus on improving compensation policies and driving effective performance reviews.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and administer base and variable compensation programs for diverse geographical sites.
• Enhance compensation policies, procedures, and practices to increase effectiveness.
• Provide coaching throughout the annual Performance Management Review process and assist with KPI/goal setting.
• Create, review, and analyze annual merit increase data and matrix charts in line with corporate policies.
• Manage day‑to‑day compensation activities, including benchmarking, salary banding, bonus agreements, survey participation, job evaluation, and market competitiveness analysis.
• Deliver analytical insights on internal compensation to influence business decisions.
• Offer advice and coaching on performance management issues and partner with stakeholders to address performance gaps.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience with a focus on compensation and performance management.
• Strong numerical sense and data‑analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of confidentiality and strong time‑management skills.
