Performance Lead (Senior)

About the role

KOMMUNA is seeking a senior Performance Lead to design and execute data‑driven digital strategies for regional and global campaigns. You will act as the bridge between media, data, and marketing direction, turning insights into measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead multichannel performance strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, display and programmatic platforms.
• Analyze global campaign data, optimize budgets and scale results while monitoring CPC, CTR, CPA, CAC, LTV and ROAS.
• Build executive dashboards in Looker Studio (or equivalent) and translate complex data into clear business stories.
• Collaborate with creative, project management and data teams to ensure strategic alignment.
• Develop A/B and multivariate testing frameworks and document optimization plans.
• Oversee accurate tracking, tagging and event setup in GA4, GTM and CRM systems.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports highlighting impact and growth opportunities.
• Lead client meetings in English, presenting results and strategic recommendations.
• Mentor junior performance specialists and raise analytical standards within the team.
