About the role

The Demand Planner, Brand & Innovation will work closely with commercial teams—including Marketing, Innovation, and Finance—to develop and maintain a consensus depletion forecast at the brand and item level. This role bridges brand strategy and execution, translating portfolio decisions and innovation plans into a coherent demand outlook that supports the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain brand‑level demand forecasts as part of the IBP process.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Innovation, and Finance to translate portfolio and cannibalization impacts into demand projections.
• Support long‑range annual planning, scenario development, and process improvements.
• Lead data‑gathering meetings, mediate issues, and drive resolutions.
• Analyze large data sets to identify root causes of forecast deviations and communicate insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of experience in demand planning, sales or marketing forecasting, preferably in the CPG industry.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and influence stakeholders.
