Planning Analyst

About the role

The Planning Analyst will ensure timely availability of materials to support Kidde Global Solutions' production plans and customer demand. Working closely with production, logistics and purchasing teams, the analyst will help optimise inventory levels while maintaining high service standards. This role contributes to the company's mission of protecting lives and property through reliable supply chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and coordination of material supply based on production schedules and demand forecasts.
• Analyse material requirements using MRP systems.
• Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.
• Collaborate with Production, Logistics and Purchasing to ensure operational continuity.
• Respond to customer requirement changes and adjust supply plans accordingly.
• Analyse demand variations and recommend planning adjustments.
• Generate performance reports on service levels, delivery compliance, inventory turnover and other KPIs.
• Identify supply‑chain risks and propose corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain data and reports within ERP/MRP systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Industrial Engineering, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, preferably Oracle.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
