Post‑sale Consultant for Multi‑unit Restaurant Accounts

About the role

Loop is a fast‑growing restaurant intelligence platform that uses AI agents to automate back‑office workflows for large restaurant chains. We are looking for a post‑sale consultant who will own a portfolio of multi‑unit restaurant and franchise accounts, ensuring successful adoption, retention and growth of our solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end customer relationships from go‑live onward, handling implementation, onboarding and product configuration.
• Transform messy operational and financial data into actionable insights; build business reviews that quantify dollars saved or recovered.
• Monitor account health, detect usage risks early, and lead renewal and expansion efforts in partnership with Customer Success, Sales and Revenue Operations.
• Triage and resolve customer escalations by reproducing issues, gathering evidence from billing, Salesforce and product data, and coordinating fixes with engineering.
• Act as the voice of the customer for product and engineering teams, translating recurring pain points into prioritized product feedback.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience at Bain, McKinsey, BCG or a comparable top‑tier strategy consultancy (hard requirement).
• Comfortable owning the full customer lifecycle and accountable for measurable outcomes.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities; able to build clean models or reconciliations in spreadsheets and defend results.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
