About the role

The Customer Service Intern will support the Customer Satisfaction area of Volvo Buses, helping to ensure efficient handling of field work data, warranty claims and audit documentation. This position offers a hands‑on introduction to sustainable transport operations and continuous learning within a global organization.

Key responsibilities

• Enter field work information into the Asist system and upload related warranty claims in UCHP.
• Prepare audit support documents according to the company’s warranty policy.
• Capture corporate customer warranty claims that meet policy parameters.
• Update quality dashboards monthly and upload failure data to the UH2H platform.
• Open Argus cases with required documentation and track case progress.
• Monitor closure of work orders in LDS for WSI and PSV units.
• Maintain client fleet data to facilitate assignment of warranty jobs.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
• No prior experience required.
• Intermediate level of English.

Required skills

• Familiarity with the Asist system.
• Experience using UCHP for claim entry.
• Ability to work with the UH2H platform.
• Knowledge of Argus case management.
• Understanding of LDS work‑order tracking.
