About the role

The Pre Litigation Demand Writer creates high‑quality demand packages that maximize settlement value for personal injury clients. Working closely with attorneys, case managers, and negotiators, you will craft persuasive demand letters and develop strategies that aim for policy‑limit resolutions when supported by the facts.

Key responsibilities

• Review medical records, bills, accident reports, and supporting documentation to assess damages and liability.
• Draft clear, well‑supported demand letters that outline liability, injuries, treatment, and damages.
• Design case‑specific settlement strategies to maximize compensation.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen cases before or after an insurer’s initial offer, recommending additional treatment, documentation, expert opinions, or legal arguments.
• Collaborate with attorneys and negotiators to adjust demand strategies based on insurer responses.
• Ensure demand packages are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
• Maintain organized case notes and documentation within the case management system.
• Stay updated on insurance practices, negotiation tactics, and relevant personal injury case law.

Required profile

• Experience drafting personal injury demand letters in a pre‑litigation environment.
• Strong legal writing and persuasive communication abilities.
• Ability to analyze medical records, billing statements, and insurance policies.
• Knowledge of personal injury claims handling and insurance negotiation practices.
• Excellent analytical, critical‑thinking, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
