Prefab Process Engineer

About the role

Siemens is seeking a proactive Prefab Process Engineer to lead SAP data correction and standardisation initiatives for sheet‑metal manufacturing. You will work across multiple functions to ensure master data quality and support efficient production planning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the SAP data correction and standardisation project for routings, work centres and manufacturing configurations.
• Analyse existing SAP master data, identify gaps and propose improvement actions.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, Finance and Master Data teams to implement MRP‑driven production.
• Optimise SAP configurations to enhance scheduling, capacity planning and production execution.
• Ensure SAP settings align with actual manufacturing processes and operational requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation, standards, procedures and training materials for SAP master data.
• Track project progress, risks, action items and implementation timelines.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost data accuracy and system performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in SAP project implementation.
• Strong command of English.
