Preschool Teacher – Early Childhood Educator

About the role

The Preschool Teacher will join San Felipe Institute in Monterrey to deliver high-quality, age-appropriate learning experiences for young children. This full-time, on-site position focuses on fostering cognitive, social and emotional development in a safe and inclusive classroom.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons aligned with early childhood education best practices.
• Guide group and individual activities that encourage exploration and learning.
• Observe, document and communicate student progress to families and colleagues.
• Maintain classroom safety, organization and a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with other educators, attend staff meetings and participate in professional development.
• Support school events and initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education, Education or a related field.
• Experience working with preschool or kindergarten‑aged children.
• Strong lesson‑planning and curriculum‑development abilities.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with children, families and staff.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and collaborative feedback.
• Ability to maintain a safe, inclusive and well‑organized classroom.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with educational technology tools.
• Familiarity with classroom documentation software.
