Pricing Analyst – Hybrid (Mexico City)

About the role

Alcon is seeking a junior Pricing Analyst to support the Revenue Management North America team. Based in Mexico City with a hybrid work model, you will help administer, extend, and terminate standard and non‑standard pricing while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain price lists.
• Review and validate pricing requests against guidelines.
• Conduct pricing analysis and audits.
• Communicate and implement pricing changes with cross‑functional teams.
• Identify and execute strategic price‑process improvement projects.
• Check for potential channel conflicts and resolve inconsistencies.
• Ensure pricing remains within contractual periods.
• Manage new product pricing, including creation and modification.
• Collaborate on the annual price increase.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a focus on process improvement.
• Ability to work effectively in a multinational, matrix organization.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SAP (plus).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel for large data sets and metrics.
• Experience with Salesforce.com (plus).
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
