Primary Teacher (Grade 2) – International School

About the role

Inspired Education is seeking a passionate Primary Teacher for Grade 2 to join its international network of premium schools. The role involves delivering high‑quality, engaging lessons that align with local SEP requirements and Inspired’s innovative curriculum, while fostering a safe and inclusive classroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver lessons that meet curriculum standards and school expectations.
• Differentiate instruction to support SEN, ELL and gifted learners.
• Utilise a variety of teaching strategies and technology to maximise student engagement and achievement.
• Design and implement formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback.
• Record, analyse and report student progress accurately.
• Participate in moderation processes and use assessment data to inform targeted interventions.
• Maintain a respectful, positive classroom atmosphere and support students’ social‑emotional development.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents and the wider school community through meetings, workshops and events.
• Engage in professional development, peer observations and continuous improvement of teaching practice.
