Process Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Process Engineer to develop and optimise manufacturing processes from pilot scale through full‑scale production. The role involves designing, testing and implementing process formulations and equipment specifications to ensure efficient and high‑quality product fabrication.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new or modified process formulations and define equipment requirements.
• Review and improve processing techniques used in manufacturing, fabrication and product evaluation.
• Coordinate design reviews with engineering and scientific teams to ensure compatibility of processing methods.
• Compile and analyse test data to establish process limits and material specifications.
• Plan and lead projects that introduce new concepts, automation technologies or improved processing approaches.
• Troubleshoot moderate‑scope problems by evaluating multiple factors and data sources.
• Follow general instructions for routine tasks and detailed guidance for new assignments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, materials science or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in process development or manufacturing engineering.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
