Process Engineer

About the role

We are expanding our manufacturing site in Mexico and are looking for a Process Engineer to support the launch and integration of new products and equipment. You will work closely with production teams to ensure the plant meets growth targets while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assess shop capacity and recommend improvements to meet business demand.
• Identify and implement floor‑level process improvements that increase output and reduce costs.
• Assist the manufacturing team in developing validation programs for new products and accelerate launch timelines.
• Perform walkthroughs, inspections, product evaluations and testing as required.
• Conduct engineering test evaluations such as GR&R, statistical validation (SV), test method development and criticality analysis.
• Interpret assembly documentation including schematics, BOMs, visuals, debug and testing procedures.
• Provide clear direction, training and leadership to production associates and new technicians.
• Advise on scheduling, staffing needs and ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.

Required profile

• Associate degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Manufacturing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the medical‑device sector.
• Experience with GR&R, statistical validation, engineering studies and protocol development (preferred).
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English (medium to advanced).
• Highly motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
