About the role
The Process Technician is responsible for executing technical tasks within defined time frames and supporting initiatives that enhance process efficiency. This role works closely with production teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Perform technical duties and activities according to schedule.
- Participate in projects aimed at improving overall process and technical efficiency.
- Train new personnel on standard operating procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of information and materials.
- Identify problems proactively and propose corrective actions.
- Provide periodic status reports in written and verbal formats.
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors to ensure continuity and efficiency.
Required profile
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
- 1‑3 years of relevant work experience.
- Basic understanding of industrial processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
