Process Technician

About the role
The Process Technician will perform technical duties and activities within defined time frames, supporting the efficient operation of manufacturing processes. You will contribute to projects aimed at improving overall process and technical efficiency while ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Execute technical tasks and activities according to schedule.
- Participate in continuous‑improvement projects to enhance process efficiency.
- Train new personnel on standard operating procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information and materials.
- Identify problems, propose remedies, and implement solutions.
- Provide periodic status reports in written and verbal formats.
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors to ensure continuity and operational efficiency.
Required profile
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
- Beginning knowledge of job content.
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Successful track record in previous work experiences.
- 1‑3 years of relevant work experience.
