Procurement Coordinator / Buyer – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Procurement Coordinator/Buyer to manage daily buying activities and support our supply chain. The position is fully remote, serving our Latin America operations, and requires strong English communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and acquire products, merchandise, and supplies within budget and quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, negotiate pricing and terms, and manage order timelines.
• Process purchase requests from initiation through fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, pricing, inventory, and delivery schedules for reporting and compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in procurement, buying, or purchasing.
• Professional English proficiency (C1/C2) with excellent verbal communication.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple vendor timelines.
• Reliable internet connection and availability from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
