Procurement Coordinator - General Services

About the role

Charger Logistics Inc. is expanding its procurement team at the Parque Industrial Queretaro site. As a Procurement Coordinator you will support the sourcing of low‑to‑mid‑value goods and services, ensuring smooth purchasing processes and vendor compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Gather data, analyze vendor quotes, and assist in sourcing low‑to‑mid‑value items.
• Conduct market research, maintain vendor profiles, and prepare RFI/RFQ documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams to capture purchasing needs and timelines.
• Support senior buyers in price, term, and delivery negotiations.
• Track purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and ensure vendor compliance.
• Maintain audit‑ready procurement records and reporting on spend and cost‑savings.
• Assist with vendor onboarding, performance evaluation, and cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or supply‑chain support.
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication abilities.
• Basic knowledge of contract terms, supplier sourcing and procurement best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
