Procurement Coordinator & Negotiator

About the role

Consensus Cloud Solutions is seeking a detail‑oriented Procurement Coordinator & Negotiator to manage end‑to‑end procurement activities. You will serve as the main liaison between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring smooth contract lifecycle management and effective price negotiations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors, handling inquiries and setting clear timelines.
• Lead vendor discussions, negotiate final pricing, and secure favorable terms.
• Coordinate renewal processes, obtain quotes, and drive price negotiations.
• Manage purchasing of goods from online stores and collaborate with Value Added Resellers (VARs).
• Execute finance AP tasks, including creation and management of requisitions and purchase orders.
• Monitor receipt of goods/services, ensure accurate posting, and follow up on approvals.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining clear communication.
• Proven negotiation skills, especially in high‑pressure situations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, comfortable with e‑meetings, professional email, and phone correspondence.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
