Procurement & Logistics Buyer

About the role

The Procurement & Logistics Buyer acts as the strategic sourcing engine for the brand, reporting directly to the Head of Supply Chain. This position is responsible for optimizing the product catalog, reducing costs while preserving product identity, and ensuring inventory availability in a fast‑growth environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of domestic and international suppliers, maintaining scorecards for reliability, quality, lead time, and pricing.
• Identify, vet, and onboard new suppliers that meet cruelty‑free and sustainability standards.
• Place and follow up on purchase orders, confirming pricing, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates.
• Define case pack configurations and coordinate freight forwarder quotes, routing, and pick‑ups.
• Track shipments, flag delays, and work with logistics on customs clearance and receiving.
• Negotiate payment terms, volumes, and pricing; develop Total Cost of Ownership analyses.
• Report monthly procurement KPIs, including savings versus budget.
• Participate in the monthly S&OP cycle, providing lead‑time visibility and supply‑risk insights.

Required profile

• Experience managing both domestic and international supplier relationships.
• Proven ability to negotiate pricing, terms, and volumes.
• Strong collaboration skills with S&OP, Demand Planning, and Logistics teams.
• Capability to drive cost‑reduction initiatives and monitor performance metrics.
