Procurement Manager

About the role

The Procurement Manager ensures that the suppliers for assigned expense categories deliver on time, at the best commercial terms, and with the highest quality, while complying with Arval and BNP Paribas group conduct rules. The role drives cost savings, manages tender processes, and monitors supplier performance in partnership with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Apply Arval procurement strategies and compliance norms.
• Inform stakeholders about BNPP Group Code of Conduct and supplier relationship rules.
• Implement CSR objectives across economic, environmental, social, and civic pillars.
• Execute tender processes from need definition to contract signing, ensuring optimal cost‑quality ratios.
• Monitor local supplier performance, contract deployment, and savings realization.
• Maintain supplier relationships, steering towards preferred partners.
• Contribute to budget and pricing development, including service costs and rebates.
• Deploy and manage the procurement tool.

Required profile

• University degree at postgraduate level or equivalent.
• Operational procurement experience; advanced training or technical experience in the category is a plus.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); local language fluency; French appreciated.
