Procurement Process Excellence Intern

About the role

The Procurement Governance & Process Excellence Intern will support global procurement initiatives focused on process excellence, governance, communication, and continuous improvement. This role offers hands‑on experience working with a global procurement organization while owning meaningful projects and coordinating activities across teams and regions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate language translations for the KION Procurement Policy (KPP).
• Update and maintain procurement content on MyKSI intranet pages.
• Organise procurement awareness sessions, including scheduling, communications, materials, and follow‑up activities.
• Support process excellence, governance, continuous improvement, and other team initiatives as assigned.
• Collaborate with procurement and cross‑functional stakeholders across the organization.

Required profile

• Proactive, organised and detail‑oriented.
• Comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and priorities.
• Strong communication skills.
• Tech‑savvy with interest in using technology and data to improve business processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Interest or experience in process mapping, data mining, analytics or automation tools.
