Product Engineer

About the role

This position leads internal and external stakeholders to drive product manufacturing, improve quality, reduce costs and eliminate defects. The engineer conducts detailed analyses of faulty units, integrates customer feedback, and oversees complex development and manufacturing projects from concept through production.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead activities of internal teams and outsourced partners to support product manufacturing.
• Perform root‑cause engineering analysis on defective products and sub‑assemblies.
• Evaluate customer feedback, test results and quality data, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Recommend and implement design or process changes to improve reliability, safety and cost efficiency.
• Represent the product engineering team on large, complex development projects.
• Deliver professional reports and support strategic operational plans.
• Mentor less‑experienced staff and promote engineering innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years of experience in product design and development, or an advanced degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
