Product & Systems Builder

About the role

The Product & Systems Builder will own the end‑to‑end driver booking platform, integrate workshop management systems, and improve operational data flows. The role is based onsite in Monterrey, working closely with operations, finance and commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and run the driver booking platform, handling onboarding, reservations, payments, releases, bug fixes and uptime.
• Map current data flows across operations, fleet telematics, ride‑hailing, accounting and Google Workspace, then replace manual handoffs with APIs, webhooks and automations.
• Own the performance dashboard, its data pipelines, quality checks and metric definitions, ensuring financial figures are displayed accurately.
• Maintain a prioritized roadmap of internal product work, train users, write documentation and ensure systems can operate without constant supervision.

Required profile

• 0–3 years of experience; degree optional but a portfolio of shipped projects required.
• Ability to translate on‑ground observations into clear requirements and deliver short‑cycle improvements.
• Bilingual Spanish/English, comfortable explaining technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ownership mindset: fix production issues and communicate resolutions.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with modern builder stacks: Supabase/Postgres, GitHub, AI app builders (e.g., Lovable) and AI coding assistants.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python, REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, relational databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with API integration, automation tools and data pipeline management.
