Production Artist – Graphic Design & Prepress

About the role

The Production Artist will create, edit and modify artwork for product labels, personal care packaging, literature, web pages, advertising banners and printed media. Working with the marketing, sales and communication teams, you will ensure all visual assets meet Herbalife’s brand standards and are ready for production.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare artwork packages for output to various vendors and proofread art proofs for accuracy.
• Make copy, layout and image changes to existing files and set‑up print‑ready artwork for catalogs, publications and collateral.
• Assist with colour correction, retouching and digital image manipulation.
• Build, maintain and release digital files for print or online use.
• Create graphic assets in coordination with designers, including sketches, comps, large‑format banners and web images.
• Maintain file archiving and communicate missing items while handling multiple jobs.
• Follow Herbalife’s naming conventions, server structure and quality‑control procedures.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of experience in graphic design, with 3 years in pre‑press and 2 years in photo retouching.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under general supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (90 % proficiency).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience using Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of production processes, quality‑control standards and brand guidelines.
