Production Finance Analyst III – Original Content (Mexico)

About the role

Amazon Prime Video is looking for a Production Finance Analyst III to lead finance operations for original content productions in Mexico. You will act as the financial bridge between creative teams, local producers and Amazon Studios, ensuring budgets, tax incentives and cash flow are managed with precision.

Key responsibilities

• Manage production execution budgets for original TV and film shows in Mexico and provide weekly financial status reports.
• Serve as the primary financial liaison with Amazon Studios finance, reviewing budgets, cost reports, trial balances and reconciliations prepared by show accountants.
• Oversee incentive workflows to secure tax credits, cash rebates and ensure VAT compliance across cross‑border transactions.
• Collaborate with line producers, production managers and cross‑functional teams (Legal, Tax, Business Affairs, Accounting) to guarantee accurate reporting and seamless cash‑flow management.
• Develop and implement innovative financial reporting processes, controls and policies to support rapid growth of Prime Video’s original content business.

Required profile

• Proven experience in entertainment production finance, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of VAT regulations, production incentives and cross‑border financial requirements.
• Ability to work closely with creative and operational teams and communicate complex financial information clearly.
• Detail‑oriented with a track record of delivering accurate financial reporting and analysis.
