Production Manager

About the role

Medline Industries is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations within the medical device sector. The role focuses on driving efficient production planning, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and fostering continuous improvement across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute production schedules to meet demand while optimizing resource utilization.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies to improve process efficiency.
• Manage inventory, materials flow, and capacity planning to support on‑time delivery.
• Oversee budget, KPI reporting, and workforce planning to achieve financial and operational targets.
• Ensure safety, environmental compliance, and adherence to quality systems and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Manager, preferably in the medical industry.
• Professional engineering background; a Master’s degree is desirable.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams, develop talent, and manage performance.
• Strong decision‑making, change‑management, and conflict‑resolution skills.
