Production Manager – Mexico

About the role

Spotify’s Marketing team in Latin America is looking for a Production Manager based in Mexico City to lead the creation and delivery of brand initiatives across the Mexican market. You will translate creative concepts into high‑quality productions, managing everything from video and photography to live experiences and on‑platform activations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end production for Spotify’s brand and marketing projects in Mexico, from initial scoping through final delivery.
• Oversee multiple formats including video, photography, events, digital content and on‑platform activations.
• Partner with Marketing and Creative teams to develop clear production plans, timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Establish structured project intake, prioritisation and resource planning processes.
• Build and manage relationships with production companies, vendors, directors, artists and designers.
• Identify culturally relevant collaborators to enhance local relevance.
• Own budgets, schedules, contracts and project tracking to ensure on‑brief, on‑budget, on‑time delivery.
• Continuously improve production workflows, quality standards and delivery processes for the Mexico market.
• Proactively manage risks, solve problems early and make trade‑offs when timelines, scope and budgets compete.

Required profile

• Significant experience leading creative production in brand marketing, entertainment, music or cultural marketing environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex productions from planning through execution while maintaining high quality.
• Strong track record overseeing budgets, contracts, schedules and vendor relationships.
• Deep understanding of creative development processes and ability to partner with both creative and business stakeholders.
• Commitment to delivering inclusive, culturally relevant work for local audiences.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to build trust quickly and align cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented, able to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
