Production Operator

About the role

We are seeking a Production Operator to carry out a variety of assembly tasks on electronic and mechanical components within a manufacturing environment. The role requires interpreting diagrams and drawings, preparing initial layouts, and using hand and power tools to build, test, modify, and rework modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.

Key responsibilities

• Perform repetitive and non‑repetitive assembly operations on electronic and mechanical sub‑assemblies.
• Read and follow technical diagrams, drawings, and work instructions.
• Set up and use hand tools, power tools, jigs, and saws to fabricate and finish parts.
• Conduct continuity checks on work‑in‑process and completed assemblies.
• Carry out quality inspections on the production line according to specifications.
• Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test prototype or experimental assemblies under simulated conditions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a production or assembly environment.
• Ability to understand and apply technical documentation.
• Good judgment for resolving moderate‑level issues and making recommendations.
• Capacity to follow general instructions for new tasks.
