About the role
Copeland, a global climate‑technology leader, is seeking a Production Operator to join its manufacturing team. The role involves working on shift schedules to support the production of HVACR and cold‑chain equipment that drives sustainability worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery on assigned shifts.
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure product quality and safety.
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshoot minor equipment issues, and report larger problems to maintenance.
- Maintain accurate production records and assist with inventory control.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
Required profile
- Availability to work rotating shifts.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or maquiladora environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced team setting.
