Production Operator

About the role

We are looking for motivated Production Operators to ensure smooth manufacturing processes while meeting quality, safety, and productivity standards. You will work on the shop floor, handling material supply, machine operation, and quality checks.

Key responsibilities

• Perform one or more production operations according to defined standards.
• Detect, report, and isolate anomalies or defective products using QRAP system.
• Clean and maintain machines and workstations; ensure 5S compliance.
• Supply workstations with raw materials, packaging items, and small equipment, verifying conformity.
• Monitor production programs, ensure safety and quality compliance, and complete production monitoring documents.
• Participate in series changes, adjustment/parameterization of equipment, and improvement projects.
• Conduct quality control operations that require additional technical skills.
• Support and train teammates, and share instructions during shift handovers.
• Attend daily and monthly meetings and training sessions.

Required profile

• Ability to follow environmental, health, safety, and quality standards.
• Willingness to participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Versatility to handle multiple tasks within the production area.
• Capability to support higher‑qualified roles when needed.

Required skills

• Operation of production machinery and equipment.
• Basic maintenance and troubleshooting of production tools.
• Use of quality control and reporting systems (e.g., QRAP).
