Production Operator

About the role

Copeland is seeking a Production Operator to join its manufacturing team. You will work in a fast‑paced environment that produces climate‑technology equipment for HVACR, compression, controls, software and monitoring solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Monitor production lines to ensure product quality and adherence to safety standards.
• Perform routine inspections, calibrations and minor adjustments on equipment.
• Document production data, report any deviations, and assist in troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, safety‑focused manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow documented procedures.
• Flexibility to work shifts or overtime as required by production demands.

Required skills

• Basic operation of manufacturing equipment and tools.
• Understanding of quality control principles.
• Ability to read and interpret simple technical documents and work instructions.
