Production Planner – San Luis Potosí

About the role

As a Production Planner at 3M’s San Luis Potosí plant, you will manage production planning activities, set parameters, conduct capacity analysis, and ensure product inputs meet service and inventory targets.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee required raw‑material inventory levels to support the production plan.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to improve service and inventory results while supporting cost‑reduction projects.
• Analyze short‑ to mid‑term supply‑chain capacity to determine equipment loading and staffing resources.
• Make routine planning adjustments to ensure schedule attainment.
• Lead improvement projects in production‑planning processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in production planning or similar supply‑chain activities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong leadership, communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Familiarity with analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI and ERP systems.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is a plus.
