Production Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing line, ensure the production plan is met, and drive continuous improvement and safety initiatives. The role involves coordinating with support departments, managing the workforce, and overseeing quality and performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily production targets and analyze issues with support departments to keep the line on schedule.
• Lead safety initiatives, enforce safety tools and procedures, and promote a safe workplace.
• Review loss data using the SFM board, identify root causes, and implement actions to improve line performance.
• Analyze quality KPIs, prioritize repairs and scrap, and guide Team Leaders on corrective actions.
• Allocate personnel, manage absenteeism, conduct training, and build effective teams.
• Mobilize support groups across the organization for problem‑solving and Kaizen projects focused on safety, cost, quality, and throughput.
• Ensure compliance with AM calendar, SOP management, and overtime planning.

Required profile

• College degree.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in machining or assembly environments.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
