Project Associate - Home Based

About the role

ICON Strategic Solutions is hiring a Project Associate for a home-based position in Mexico City. Working in a sponsor-dedicated model, the role provides key administrative support in clinical operations and project management, helping projects meet contract and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver executive support and administration work to a high standard, working closely with the team and stakeholders.
• Organize project team and client meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, binders, agendas and minutes.
• Manage study information and supplies, and maintain documents such as organizational charts, team calendars, newsletters and project-specific information.
• Oversee internal and client project reporting, including project status, financial tracking, system updates and queries.
• Support the project manager with financial tasks, including the purchase order process, study invoices and investigator payments.
• Prepare and maintain study files in compliance with filing and naming guidelines in the electronic trial master file, and track document status.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in business, finance, health sciences or a related field, preferred.
• Experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical company or clinical research is an advantage.
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based.

Required skills

• Proficiency in computerized information systems and standard application software, including MS Office.
• Strong skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook, including Excel trackers and PowerPoint slides.
• Meeting minutes and MS Teams scheduling preferred.
