About the role

Lenovo is seeking a Business Transformation Project Manager for its operations in Mexico. The role will lead and execute strategic transformation initiatives, ensuring measurable impact on performance, operational excellence and organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead business transformation initiatives in Mexico from definition through implementation, execution and post‑implementation follow‑up.
  • Translate Mexico business priorities into actionable projects with measurable business impact.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resource requirements, KPIs and deliverables aligned with local and global goals.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional local and global teams, fostering collaboration, accountability and execution excellence.
  • Manage key stakeholders across local, regional and global leadership, ensuring alignment, visibility and timely decision‑making.
  • Identify opportunities for business transformation, including process optimisation, organisational design, go‑to‑market improvements and operational efficiency.
