Project Manager (Energy Infrastructure)

About the role

Penspen is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead design, procurement, construction and maintenance projects for pipelines and related facilities. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and execute project activities across design, procurement, construction and maintenance phases.
• Ensure adherence to quality, health, safety and environmental (HSE) procedures and corporate standards.
• Prepare and present operational progress and management reports.
• Act as the discipline representative in internal meetings, with suppliers and clients.
• Supervise in‑house and subcontracted personnel and approve project deliverables.
• Support cost management, budgeting and annual work‑plan preparation.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Materials).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in pipeline and facility projects, with at least 5 years in project coordination.
• PMP certification and advanced English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of ASME, API and NACE design and construction standards.
• Familiarity with inspection, maintenance, integrity and quality management systems for oil & gas assets.
