Project Manager – Enterprise Architecture & Transformation

About the role

HCLTech is seeking a highly organized, proactive Project Manager contractor to act as the right‑hand to the Principal Enterprise Architect. The role supports the Enterprise Architecture team and the OCIDO Transformation and Automation team, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and strategic focus is maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily work intake, prioritization, tracking, and follow‑up for both teams.
• Partner with the Principal Enterprise Architect on calendar management, priorities, and action items.
• Maintain visibility of deliverables, milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers.
• Facilitate operational routines such as stand‑ups, backlog reviews, planning sessions, and status reviews.
• Track tasks, user stories, epics, and work items in Jira with accurate status and reporting.
• Support Scrum‑based delivery by organizing sprint ceremonies and driving execution accountability.
• Prepare concise status updates, dashboards, and escalation points for leadership.
• Identify issues early, coordinate escalation, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross‑functional work across architecture, automation, finance, and business teams.
• Manage meeting agendas, notes, decisions, and action logs.
• Drive discipline around prioritization, sequencing, and execution of initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong project and operational management discipline.
• Comfortable working with architecture, technology, and finance stakeholders.
• Hands‑on experience with Scrum and Jira.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
