Project Manager – Expansion & Infrastructure

About the role

As a Project Manager at Flix you will lead complex expansion and infrastructure projects across Mexico, ensuring end‑to‑end execution, strong stakeholder alignment, and on‑time, on‑budget delivery. You will act as a key execution leader within the PMO, coordinating across Business Development, Operations, Finance, Legal, Revenue Management, and Real Estate.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination and execution of expansion and infrastructure projects.
• Drive cross‑functional alignment and maintain detailed project trackers, risk registers and dashboards.
• Ensure timely follow‑up on action items, deliverables and dependencies.
• Prepare and lead project status meetings, capture decisions and ensure follow‑through.
• Identify, escalate and mitigate risks before they impact timelines.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned projects, both internally and externally.
• Provide structured reports to senior leadership and mentor the Junior Project Manager.
• Support continuous improvement of project‑management methodologies and processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• 7+ years of project‑management experience in infrastructure, construction, real‑estate or expansion projects.
• Advanced Excel and proven use of MS Project or equivalent tools.
• Strong knowledge of project‑management methodologies and structured execution.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, proactive and accountable.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and cross‑functional coordination skills.
• Nice to have: PMI certification or formal project‑management training; experience in fast‑growth or international environments.
