Project Manager – Global PMO (Executive Projects)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join Hitachi Vantara’s Global PMO supporting the Executive Team. The role will coordinate high‑visibility projects across finance, services, delivery optimization and other strategic initiatives, working closely with senior leaders worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate executive‑level projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Own multiple concurrent projects, manage timelines, budgets and KPI tracking.
• Facilitate stakeholder and change management, communicating progress to senior leaders.
• Apply Agile or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate and use process management tools to standardize practices.
• Collaborate with a global team of project managers to deliver measurable outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, international relations or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of progressive project or program management experience, preferably in technology or finance.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and independent work capabilities.
• Fluent English; additional language a plus (Japanese preferred).
• Experience supporting senior executives and working in a high‑performance, hybrid environment.
