Project Manager – Internal Projects & PM CoE

About the role

As a Project Manager you will lead and deliver a broad portfolio of internal projects across Supply Chain, Product Development, Commercial and Continuous Improvement. You will help build a Center of Excellence for Project Management at Genus, introducing best‑practice toolkits, frameworks and repeatable value‑delivery models.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, plan, monitor and execute cross‑functional internal projects from initiation through completion.
• Provide guidance and best‑practice advice to teams with varying project‑management maturity.
• Build, refine and implement project‑management toolkits, standards and methodologies for the PM CoE.
• Drive transformational initiatives across commercial operations, supply chain and continuous improvement.
• Monitor project performance, manage risks and recommend schedule, resource and cost adjustments.
• Report progress, resolve issues and foster strong relationships across global teams.
• Manage up to five concurrent projects and mentor colleagues with less project experience.
• Champion change‑management efforts throughout the business.

Required profile

• Progressive experience in project management (formal PM background not required).
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives in commercial, supply‑chain or related areas.
• Strong stakeholder‑influence skills, especially when initial alignment is low.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication, organization and relationship‑building abilities.
• Authorized to work in the country of residence without sponsorship.
