Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead project planning, execution, and delivery for Flowserve’s manufacturing initiatives. You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensure compliance with technical specifications, and report progress regularly to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end project execution, performance, and safety from initiation to completion.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and exceed performance expectations.
• Secure a "clean order" before work begins and manage scope changes through the change management system.
• Coordinate activities of matrix‑reporting team members for each project.
• Control project spending and communicate milestones, status updates, and escalation issues.
• Follow escalation processes and take ownership of all reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronic, Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of project management experience in manufacturing (automotive, pumps, metal‑mechanic, etc.).
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Experience with government and private‑sector clients.
• Proven estimating, scheduling, budgeting, risk, and change‑management abilities.
• Adaptability, flexibility and proactive attitude.
