Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will be based on‑site in Mérida, Yucatán, leading integrated projects from pre‑construction through delivery. Working within Kronoz’s Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) framework, you will coordinate designers, owners and builders to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and control project budgets and timelines across all phases.
• Monitor progress, supervise expediting and inspection activities, and maintain real‑time documentation.
• Facilitate communication among owners, architects, engineers, contractors and suppliers.
• Analyse project data, identify risks, propose corrective actions and support decision‑making.
• Drive continuous improvement, promote safety and quality standards, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience managing construction or industrial projects, preferably within an IPD or collaborative delivery model.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, contract administration and safety regulations.
